MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION
Tuesday, March 5, 1996.7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Dick Frie, Richard Carlson, Dick Martie
Staff Present:

1. Call meetin~ to order.
Chairman Frie called the meeting to order.
There were no citizens in attendance.
Chairman Frie explained that the meeting had inadvertently been scheduled
on the same day as political caucuses thus the public hearings should be
continued and rescheduled to a different date. Frie noted that a revised
notice was sent to affected properties which identified March 6, 1996, as the
rescheduled date. COMMISSIONER MARTIE MADE A MOTION THAT IN
COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINNESOTA STATE STATUTE STATING
THAT NO MEETINGS ARE TO BE SCHEDULED AFTER 6:00 P.M.
DURING THE ELECTION CAUCUSES, THE PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING SHOULD BE CONTINUED TO MARCH 6TH AT 6:00 P.M.
SECONDED BY RICHARD CARLSON. Motion passed unanimously.
