Village Council of Monticello and the Township Board - September 20, 1973.
The meeting was called to order at R:10 P. M. by Mr. Howard L. Kaibel, Jr.,
Executive Secretary for th.e State of Minnesota Municipal Commission.
Mr. Kaibel presented alternatives for the povernins hodies to consider
that could nossibly result in an annexation aoTeement. The fol).owing in-
divid1ials were in attendance:

Jeff Rowan
Attorney: Gary L. Pringle
Administrator: Kevin L. La France
Chairman: Franklin Denn
Members: Charles Holthaus
Basil Schillewaert
Attorney: James Metcalf
Clerk: Mrs. Wesley Goetzke
The meeting adjourned at 9:55 P. M. with a statement by Mr. Kaibel that he
would possibly arrange another joint meeting before an annexation hearing

The meeting was called to order at 8:45 P. M. by Mr. Howard L. Kaibel, Jr.,
Executive Secretary for the State of Minnesota Municipal Commission.

The meeting opened with a statement by the Township Attorney, James Metcalf,
who outlined several possibilities for both parties to consider in arriving
if at an annexation agreement. Howard Kaibel mentioned he may be able to talk
to the state tax assessor to see if he could nossibly work with the Wright
County auditor in drawing up a tax map.
After discussion, it was decided the attorneys will get together and work out
arrangements that will lead to either a hearing or a Joint meeting.
