City Council Minutes 10-25-1973October 25, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A. M. in the village hall by Mayor
Bill Sandberg. Meeting requested by attorney Gary L. Pringle.
Purpose of meeting: To hear depositions in regard to the slurry -seal case.
Robert Schwartzbauer, attorney for the Slurry Kote
Service Company was in attendance.
During the course of the day, attorney Schwartzbauer received statements from
Mayor Bill Sandberg, Administrator Kevin La France, and the following
council members
Dan Blonigen
Dick Martie
Anthony Rowan
Meeting adjourned at 5.00 P. M.
