Regular meetinj held this day. Present Adams, Baker, Swanson Adamson
jAnderson. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Adamson to grant building permit to Donnie Worth to build
house. Second by Adams. Carried.
Motion by Baker to issue permit to Con ciohnson to byild a rear yard fence.
Second by Swanson. Carried.
Motion by Swanson to pay Russell Pitt $600.00 for assessor salary for 1961.
Secnnd ny Baker. Carried.
;Motion by Baker to grant building permit to Rollie nelson to build a garage
Second ny Adams. Carried.
Notion by Adams to have assessment hearing in regards to Sanitary Sewer
assessment on Sept 28th at 8:00 P.M. at high school activity room with
proper notice in newspaper. Second by Adamson. Carried.
Iwlotion by, Adams to pay bills as read with separate list on file at the
office of village clerk. Second by Swanson. Carried.
Motion by Baker to increase all part time wages for the village to $1.40
per hour effective immediately. Second by Adams. Carried.

Special meeting held this day Members present Baker, Swanson, Adamson
and Anderson. Certain assessments were discussed by the council ancd
agreelrent was reached on said assessyments. in regard. to the motion of the
meeting of sept 5th where the assessment hearing is to be Sept 28th. Due
to the inability of jetting tloe notice published at the proper time -the
following Totio was entered.

Fred Brenteson came to discuss his bill. Amount of hours shown, was actually less
than. done, Hotion by Swanson to pay bill as presented. Second by Baker. Carried.
The village insurance was discussed .and representatives from it"ieskes and
Lungwitz's agency were present to explain insurance plans. Motion by Swanson
to accept bid. of H. N.'Lungwitz agency for the insurance per bid and coverage
as specified. Sec.snd by Baker. Carried.
.Motion by Baker to cash necessary treasury billd to pay interest payment due
on general improvement bonds. Second by Swanson:. Carried.
Motion by Swanson to employ ARonld Gruys to audit books for 1960. Second by
Baker. Carried.
