carried.
Mlotion by Baker to approve payment of $111.60 to Kjellbergs for Skeligas refill at
the Yunicipal equipment building. Seconded by Kasper & carried,
Motion by Baker to accept resignation of Chief of police, J. Powers Se ' conded by

Plotion by Kasper to Pay J. �owers final pay for first half month of December., plus
pay for six weeks of accMilated vacation, a total of $800,00, Seconded by Baker and
carried.

for a starting salary of 030.00 per month. Seconded by Baker and carried.
