The fo-iloiring coriplaints were heard: lyrs Austin Aydt on real estate taxis being too high. on lots 11 L 12 block 2,, lower 1 -Conti. 11-'reddie Hiclaian on real est -ate taxis being too high oh his Shop on part of lot 7 block 34. Harry 1,Uller questioned valuation of property on lots 1 &- 2 of block 5., Lower 1,,ionti. Mrs Marie Dinsmar on Real estate taxis to property on north 60 feet of lots 4 & 5 of blocr, 36. Albert Kuell-m on real estate taxis being too high on block 21 of Loi-4,er 1,11,onti. 12rs Earie Anderson on realstate taxis being too high on lot 4 of block 11. 'Gene Walters on rea.- estat ttaxis being- too high on proper-ty located on lots 4 & 5 of block 13. Leonard Sviliel on personal property taxis being assessed to high on Gamble store in 1962. Motion by Baker to approve a building permit for Richard Yartie to build a 60 X 26 foot split entry house with attached double garage on vacated Nel"T street between 4th street and the idallroad right of way. This house to be situated 35 feet back from propert,y line on fourth street. Second by Kasper cl carried. notion by Kasper to approve t1e f ol I owing building perndt-s: Ronald 31,111chaelis to build a 13 X 8 foot outside porch audition to his house on lot 10 block 281; The 1-41etliodist- Church to build 9 X 12 foot entry on south east side of church. Motion by Baker to pay Jay W. Craig $11,000.00 on the contract for black topping streets. Seconded by Kasper (':'Z carried. Lotion by Kasper to transfer $1,000*00 from the Street to the Sei,.Ter fund and 41,433,58 from the Generall fund to the General Improvement fund to rep, -ay money previously borrowed from these funds. Sec&aded by Adams &- carried. I -lotion by Adans to pay the village'jare of the 1960-1961 PM4. &, P&F retire ment SO funds amounting to $1.,476.40 from the village General fund and $989.26 from the Liquor fund.
