September 9, 1963
Sped.ial meeting of the village council held this date in the village hall.
erzbers present- Ojakangas, Baker, Adams, Kasper & Swaason. Absent- Done.
Motion by Adams to rezonb bhe south 57 feet of lot 15 and the south 57 feet of
the nest 14 feet of lot 14 in block B to commercial and to approve a building
permit for Victor Hitter to build a 32 X 6-15 foot block building on the above
portions of block B. This building to be used for the purpose of processing and
retailing meats. This permit to be subject to written approval of adjoining
residential property otimers. T- otion seconed by Swanson and carried.
On motion adjourned.

Special meeting of the village council held this date in the village hall.
Yiembers present- Ojakangas, Baker, Kasper L, Swanson. Absebt- Adams.
The council meet with L. Worth regarding the connection of the La Ph nursing home
to the village setsage system. It was 4reed that the village would run a 1.2 inch
sewer line to the east edge of the village property line and allow the La Rie nursing
home to connect to this. The clerk ua.s instructed to contact the Krueger Hichaelson
Engineering Co. for an esti ate of. costs for running thhis line.
Motion by siro'anson to set the se:,er rental rate fort he La Ae nursing home at $25.00
pel- month. Seconded. by Baker and carried.
Hotion by Kasper to grant a license to Ed. Lang to contract fcr digging beiaer corriections
from the lead ins to Muses. Seconded by Baker and carried.
Notion by Baker to approve a building permit for the Peterson Construction Co. of
Buffalo to build a 56 X 26 foot house on lot 10 block 30. This house to face Linn
Street and be set 25 feet back from Linn Street and 60 feet over from IG%st Third.
Street. Lotion seconded by Kasper and carried.
