Special meeting of the villae council held this date in the village hall
Is embers present- Bergstrom, Adams, Kasper, %�adsen and Swanson. Absent- None.
far. Wintez°s of I1vnicipal equipment Co. showed the council some lititure on sewer
c'_eaning equipment. TI-le prices quoted for the Seweroder machine were: $3,395.00
for a reconditioned machine, $4,605.20 for a new machine and $495,00 per month
rental charges which could be applied tword purchase price.
Mayor Bergstrom reported to tine council that the attorneys advise in the R. I:ichaelis
matter was tggt the council should take no action as far as setteling this matter

hiring a new maintainence foreman.
t4otion, by Swanson to grant a license to Clark I'loores Excavating Co.. to. dig sewers
fron, lead-in to houses. Seconded by Kasper and carried.
Ikotion by Sanson to advertize in the St. Cloud and I inneapolis papers fa-, a sewer
and maintainence foreman, the adczs to ren two weekends of four days eachwith the
applications to ire in to the clerks office by Hay 29, 11;64. 14otion seconded by
Adams and carried.
T otion by Adams to have the village attorney write to Urie Travelers Indere ity Co.
informing them that the council feels that they are Diable for the additional cost
in 7gooking the Dr. Smorstok redidenee to the village sewage system. Seconded by
.sper �,md carried.
Motion by Eh-Tanson to allow Dr. Brenney, to connect his office building to the village
sewage s=ystem either through the retaining wall or around the north end of the wall
at his oTv-Yn expense. Seconded by Irladsen and carried.
