City Council Minutes 07-19-1967 Special7000 P.M.

Special meeting of the Village Council held this time and, date at the Village Hall.
Members present: Councilmen Sandberg, Topel, Kasper, and Schaffer, Absent Mayor
Erlandson. Councilman Sandberg pres:ide_d7as the -acting ma-yor*
Motion by Councilman Schaffer to have Buffalb Bituminous to repair 51 Street, portions

of 4th Street, and portions of River Street. The cost will be $8.00 per ton applied for
the PIC hotmix material. The material will be applied as stated in their bid dated
July 14, 1967. Motion seconded by Councilman Kasper and carried unanimously.
Motion by Councilman Schaffer to issue Mr. Raymond Martie a building permit to*build
and addition to his house 121 X 241 on Lots 1, 5, 6, 7t & 11, Block 36, Lower Monticello.
Ylotionseconded by Councilman Topel and carried unanimously.
Motion by Councilman Kasper to change the Council meeting from the 1st Tuesday of each
month to the 2nd Tuesday of each month, and to pay only those bills that are received
by the lst day of the month prior to the Council meeting. Motion seconded by Council-
man K&"er and carr iefd'eu-naously.
