SPECIAL MEETING - MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
Monday, December 1, 1997 - 5:45 p.m.
Members Present: Dick Frie, Dick Martie, Richard Carlson, Jon Bogart,
Rod Dragsten
Staff Present: Fred Patch, Wanda Kraemer
1. CAll to order
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dick Frie.
2. Interviews for Planning Commission vacancy.
The following applicants were interviewed: Roy Popilek, Steve Andrews,
Thomas Perrault, and Dan Kraemer. Sara Kisling had also applied and was
scheduled for an interview but did not attend the interview. The
Commissioners decided to wait until the following evening which would be
the regularly scheduled meeting to make the final decision.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY DICK FRIE TO TABLE THE DECISION ON
WHICH APPLICANT TO SELECT UNTIL THE REGULAR MEETING,
DECEMBER 2, 1997. SECONDED BY DICK MARTIE. Motion passed
nnanimously.

Adiournment.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY ROD DRAGSTEN TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING, SECONDED BY RICHARD CARLSON. Motion passed
