RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENTS FOR OULOT H, OTTER CREEK CROSSING AND OUTLOT A, 90TH STREET 3rd
ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 4152.851, after two (2) weeks
published and posted notice of the hearing and after mailing written notice of the hearing at least
ten (10) days before a hearing to each property owner affected by the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage and utility easements for Otter
Creek Crossing and 90th Street 3rd Addition be on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the
Monticello City Hall:

1. OUTLOT H, OTTER CREEK CROSSING, WRIGHT COUNTY, MONTICELLO, MN
2. OUTLOT A, 90TH STREET 3rd ADDITION, WRIGHT COUNTY, MONTICELLO, MN
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such easements and a public hearing shall be
held on such proposed vacation on the 9th day of May, 2022 before the City Council in
the Council Chambers located at the Monticello Community Center at 6:30 p.m.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give published, posted, and mailed notice of such
hearing as required by law.
