MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING -MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
Monday, September 11, 1989 - 6:00 p.m.
Members Present:
Richard Martie, Cindy Lelmn, Dan McConnon, Mori Malone,
Richard Carlson
Members Absent:
None
Staff Present:
Gary Anderson, .Jeff 0' Neill
Public hearing opened. Assistant Adlninistrator O'Neill reported that Lincoln
Companies has been unable to provide necessary site plan information for
planning COlmnission review. Therefore, Lincoln Companies requests that the
planning COlmnission continue the public hearing to Wednesday, septelooer 20, at
6:00 p.m.
Motion was made by Richard Martie, seconded by Cindy Lemn, to continue the
public hearing on the conditional use perlnit allowing expansion of the
Monticello Mall to Septelooer 20 at 6 :00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Cindy Lelmn, seconded by Richard Martie, to adjourn the
meeting. The meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
