RESOLUTION NO. 2022-57
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDING FROM THE
MINNESOTA STATE ARTS BOARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,000
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello applied for a grant from the Minnesota State Arts
Board for $25,000 for creative support to fund a part-time arts consultant; and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello was notified by the Minnesota State Arts Board that
the City received an award of $25,000 for creative support; and
WHEREAS, there is no local match for the grant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO: That the City Council authorizes accepting grant funding of $8,000 from the
Minnesota State Arts Board.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 23rd day of May, 2022.
