AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CORRECTING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP FOR FLOODPLAIN, SHORELAND, AND MISSISSIPPI WILD SCENIC AND
RECREATIONAL RIVER OVERLAY DISTRICT FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The corrective zoning map amendments to the Shoreland Overlay District
attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" are adopted with the
Official Zoning Map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance for
the City of Monticello.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage and publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by
Council. Copies of the complete Zoning Ordinance are available online and
at Monticello City Hall upon request.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION BY the Monticello City Council this 25th day of
October, 2021.
