MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
Monday, October 24, 2022 — 5:30 p.m.

Present: Bill Fair, Charlotte Gabler, Lloyd Hilgart, Sam Murdoff
Absent: None

Schumann, Jim Thares and Jennifer Schreiber
1. Call to Order
Mayor Lloyd Hilgart called the special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. Pointes at Cedar Timeline Discussion
Rachel Leonard, City Administrator, introduced the item and noted that staff is looking
for direction on next scope of Pointes at Cedar and timing of future phases. Staff
reviewed project purpose and approach, its progress, and recommended next steps.
Angela Schumann noted that staff's recommendation is to continue with baseline
improvements for Phase 1 and 2 and presented a timeline. Timeline included the
completion of final grading plan in 2022-2023, prepare plans & specifications in 2023,
modify WSB contract in 2023, land acquisition in 2023-2024, and baseline phase for
construction in 2024.
There was minimal discussion and consensus by City Council for the recommended

By consensus, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
