1) Tour and building update
• Phase 2 : May 9 (punchlist Pram Phase l ), architect here
• May 11-1.3 Move collection to new area
• Baokdrop and work area will be available for checkin
• Na access to books until May 2S?,
2) Furnishings and signage
• Completing list of what is needed.. Leisure seating; young adult seating;
children's area seating and display; media shelving; lightweight 8' tables on
cart for program room. Signage for entire library, coat racks.
• Comparative prices from at least two vendors
• Itemized list and comparative quotes to City Council April 2S or May 9
• Seek outside funding for community kiosk display Far front area.
3) Parker McDonald art for front entryway: plans and funding (Jacque)
4) Grand opening week/ Friends of the Library (Jacque)
S) Program update (Margo)
6) Replacement far Dawn Fitzgerald.. Must reside in city.
