AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE XV, CHAPTER 153, MONTICELLO
ZONING ORDINANCE, VARIOUS SECTIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 27, 2023, Ordinance No. 799 was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 799,
the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends Title
XV of the City of Monticello's Zoning Code. The general purpose of the ordinance is to amend
