SPECIAL MEETING MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Monday, December 12, 2022 — 5:15 p.m.
Academy Room, Monticello Community Center
Present: Bill Fair, Charlotte Gabler, Lloyd Hilgart, Lee Martie, and Sam Murdoff
Absent: None
1. Call to Order
Mayor Lloyd Hilgart called the special meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. City Administrator Annual Review
City Council conducted an annual review of the City Administrator.
Councilmember Gabler moved to keep Rachel Leonard as City Administrator and
approve a step increase. Motion seconded by Councilmember Murdoff. Motion
carried unanimously.
3. Adjournment
By consensus, the meeting was adjourned at 6 p.m.
