PC-2023-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO FINDING THAT THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF MONTICELLO IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Monticello ("City") has proposed to acquire certain property located at 200 River Street West, Monticello, MN 55362 (PID No. 155010051111 ) ("Property") for the purpose of downtown pedestrian and roadway improvements; WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition of the Property has been submitted to the Planning Commission for its review and issuance of a written report of its findings pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 462.356, subd. 2; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed acquisition of the Property as it relates to the City's Comprehensive Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Monticello, Minnesota, that acquisition of the Property is found to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
