SPECIAL MEETING - MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Monday, March 23, 1998 - 5:30 p.m.
Members Present: Bill Fair, Brian Stumpf, Rager Carlson, Bruce Thielen
Members Absent: Clint Herbst
A special meeting of the City Council was held for the purpose of discussing general
items as brought forward by Council members. Items discussed were as follows:
1. Chief Building Official Fred Patch reviewed the City's blight ordinance and
general policies.
2. Assistant Administrator Jeff O'Neill reviewed the current and upcoming
improvement projects.
No action was taken by the City Council.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY BRIAN STUMPF AND SECONDED BY ROGER CARLSON TO
ADJOURN THE MEETING. Motion carried unanimously.
