2. Review the inventory of available industrial sites, zoning, and site development obstacles.
"Are we ready for target-marketing?"
3. Discuss the May subcommittee report to the IDC relating to the IDC direction of April:
Develop atargeted-marketing program and budget as a proposal to the City Council.
