1. Call to Order
Mayor Lloyd Hilgart called the special meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
2. 2024 Budget Discussion
Sarah Rathlisberger, Finance Director, introduced the first budget workshop for the 2024
budget. As part of the presentation, she noted the timeline for workshops and preliminary
levy approval. The presentation included a review of Xcel's valuation, market
value/homestead, 2023 completed projects, 2024 notable budget items including an
increase in the WCSO contract, equipment requests, and personnel requests.
3. Adjournment
By consensus, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
