Hearing on Assessment for E^later and Sewer Service on West 3rd
Street from Elm Street to Chestnut Street.
Councilmen Schleif, Saanberg, Sandberg, Klaus, and Martie assembled
at 7:00 P. M. June 8th to discuss method of assessment. It was
determined that costs be assessed at 100`p, distributed equally to
9 lots --- 7-8=9-10 Block 25, and 1-2-3-~-5 Block 42. Should lot
5 Block ~3 prove to be a buildable lot it would share in the cost
distribution.
William A. Anderson, Legion Post; Thomas Chock, self; and Ambrose
Lundstrom and Freeman Widger, representing Mrs. Ed. Lundstrom,
joined council at 8:00 P. M, for hearing.
Mayor Schleif presented the plan of assessments. A short discussion
on procedures followed with no objections voiced by property owners.
Hearing adjourned at 8:30 P. M. on motion.
