RESOLUTION NO. 2015-037
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO HUBER
TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SLUDGE DEWATERING SCREW
PRESS, CITY PROJECT NO.12C003
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City of Monticello awarded to Huber
Technology, the contractor has satisfactorily completed the work for the purchase of the sludge
dewatering screw press, City Project No. 12C003, including other appurtenant work in
accordance with the contract;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract
subject to receipt of the following:
I) Satisfactory complied with the specified performance requirement.
2) Receipt of spare parts.
