Water services to both buildings should include a curb stop and box where it tees to the main within the easement. This will allow the City to shut off the water if necessary. c. Spot elevations with drainage arrows shall be shown on the grading plan to show how drainage will tie into the existing roadway. 5. Comments of other City Staff.
