ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
VINE PLACE TOWNHOMES
CITY PROJECT 02P005 (2002 -05P)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of a development agreement signed with the City of
Monticello for improvements to the Vine Place Townhomes Addition, the improvements have
been completed in accordance with the development agreement:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OFMONTICELLO, that the work completed under the development agreement is hereby
accepted subject to:
Vine Place Townhomes:
1) Vine Place Homeowner's Association shall continue maintenance of 6' /z Street West
until such time it is completed to Elm Street
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24`h day of August, 2009.
