RESOLUTION NO. 2009-67
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR PORTIONS
OF LOT 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4, RIVER FOREST 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage, utility and access easements over and across
the following described property was held on November 9, 2009 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall:
Parcel #1:
A utility/access easement over, under, and through Lot 1, Block 4 of RIVER FOREST 2ND, Wright
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The east 20.00 feet of the west 30.00 of Lot 1, Block 4, River Forest 2ND Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota; except the northerly 6.00 feet and the southerly
12.00 feet of said Lot 1.
Parcel #2:
A utility/access easement over, under, and through Lot 2, Block 4 of RIVER FOREST 2ND, Wright
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The east 20.00 feet of the west 30.00 of Lot 2, Block 4, River Forest 2ND Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, and also that part of said Lot 2 lying easterly of the
westerly 30.00 feet thereof, and lying westerly of a line drawn parallel with and distant 40.00 feet
easterly of the westerly line of Lot 3, said Block 4, and its southerly extension; except the northerly
6.00 feet and the southerly 6.00 feet of said Lot 2.

A utility/access easement over, under, and through Lot 3, Block 4 of RIVER FOREST 2ND, Wright
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The easterly 30.00 feet of the westerly 40.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 4, River Forest 2ND Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota; except the northerly 6.00 feet and
the southerly 6.00 feet of said Lot 3.
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the above described drainage, utility and access easements are
vacated.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 9th day of November, 2009.
