RESOLUTION NO. 2010-51
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR NICOLLE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Monticello Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 8, 2010, for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Nicolle Addition; and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Nicolle Addition to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Monticello City Council reviewed the recommendation of the Planning
Commission and approved the preliminary plat and final plat of the Nicolle Addition on June 28,
2010; and
WHEAREAS, the preliminary and final plat for the Nicolle Addition identify the specific plans
and uses for the proposed Nicolle Addition; and
WHEREAS, the revised final plat of the Nicolle Addition is consistent with the vacation of right-
of-way approved by the Council on June 28, 2010.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the revised final plat of the Nicolle Addition, with drainage and utility
easements as required, is hereby approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of the
subdivision ordinance; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFMONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the Development Agreement for the Nicolle Addition, with assignment of
the specific terms and conditions for plat development, is hereby approved.
