CANVASSING ELECTION AND DECLARING RESULTS
OF THE 2010 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has duly presented to the City Council the summary
statements of ballots cast in the November 2, 2010 General Election; and
WHEREAS, said summary statements have been sworn to by the Judges of the Election; and
WHEREAS, the total votes cast for the municipal offices voted upon are as follows:
For Mayor (2 year term)

For Council Member (2 elected for 4 vear terms

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, that the totals listed above are deemed to be correct, the
election is deemed to be valid, and the winners of the election are declared to be as follows:

For Council (4 year term): Brian Stumpf
