RESOLUTION NO. 2010-76
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
BLOCK 35 MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT COMMON -USE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
CITY PROJECT NO. 100008
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City of Monticello awarded to Fuller Concrete
and Masonry, LLC of Maple Lake, Minnesota, the contractor has satisfactorily completed the work
for the common -use dumpster enclosure and concrete pads located in the Block 35 Municipal Parking
Lot and other appurtenant work in accordance with the contract;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINESOTA that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract subject to
receipt of the following:
1) Final invoice and completed W-9;
2) Lien releases showing subcontractors have been paid;
3) IC 134 forms showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
