SPECIAL MEETING — MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Thursday, December 22, 2011 — 7 a.m.
Academy Room, Monticello Community Center
Present: Clint Herbst, Lloyd Hilgart, Tom Perrault, Glen Posusta, Brian Stumpf
Absent: None
Others: Jeff O'Neill, Tom Kelly
1. Call to Order
Mayor Herbst called the meeting to order at 7:03 a.m.
2. Purpose of Meeting - Approval of bills for December 22nd
3. Consideration of Approval of Bills
Tom Kelly presented the bill registers and asked if there were any questions. Council
members questioned the following items and Tom Kelly explained what those payments
covered.
• Brian Hellman — mowing contract with the City (Council requested that he
present bills more often than every 6 months so that City staff can bill nuisance
properties in a more timely manner)
• Tom Pawelk — reimbursement for steel toe boots according to City policy
• Kitty Baltos — reimbursement for pool shoes for staff
• Olson Electric — light bulbs and repair requiring electrician services
• Bob Paschke — mileage (in lieu of city vehicle)
• Phone Guys — phone implementation at various businesses; troubleshooting at
Pizza Ranch
BRIAN STUMPF MOVED TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF THE BILL REGISTERS
FOR DECEMBER 22ND IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,354,746.23. LLOYD HILGART
SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0.
4. Adiournment
TOM PERRAULT MOVED TO ADJOURN THE SPECIAL MEETING AT 7:35 A.M.
BRIAN STUMPF SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0.
