SPECIAL MEETING — MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Monday, January 28, 2013 — 3:45 p.m.
Waste Water Treatment Facility, 1401 Hart Blvd, Monticello MN

1. Call to Order
Mayor Herbst called the Special Meeting to order at 3:50 p.m.
2. Purpose of Workshop: Tour of Facility and Review of Potential Improvements for
Phase 2 of Waste Water Treatment Facility Biosolids Dewatering, Energy
Efficiency, Headworks and Site Improvements, City Proiect #12C003
Bruce Westby welcomed those attending and explained the purpose of the meeting to
tour the facility and look at the potential improvements being proposed as part of Phase 2.
3. Discussion of potential Phase 2 Biosolids Dewaterinll, Energy Efficiency, Headworks
and Site Improvements
Bruce Westby briefly reviewed the proposed Phase 2 improvements and distributed an
existing WWTF site process layout to all and identified impacted buildings and process
areas prior to touring the site.
4. Tour of Waste Water Treatment Facility
The tour of the waste water treatment buildings and equipment took place from 4:05 to
5:15 p.m.
5. Adiournment
Mayor Herbst adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
