Present: Clint Herbst, Lloyd Hilgart, Tom Perrault, Glen Posusta, Brian Stumpf

Other: Jeff O'Neill
1. Call to Order
Mayor Herbst called the special meeting to order at 6 p.m.
2. Purpose of Workshop: City Administrator Evaluation and Goal- setting
Mayor Herbst and Council had been provided a form in advance of the feedback session
providing structure for reviewing performance in the areas of communication,
relationships, leadership, staff development, leadership, financial management, and
quality /quantity of work. A list of projects and initiatives was also presented as
background information. Mayor Herbst and members of Council took turns providing
O'Neill with feedback in the areas noted on the form. O'Neill expressed appreciation for
the guidance provided by the Mayor and City Council as the feedback is key to his
achievement of his goal of providing great service to the citizens of Monticello.
3. Adjourn
TOM PERRAULT MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 6:54 P.M. BRIAN
STUMPF SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0.
