RESOLUTION NO. 2011-47
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER 6TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Monticello Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 7, 2007, for
the consideration of the preliminary plat of the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition; and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Monticello City Council reviewed the recommendation of the Planning
Commission and approved the preliminary plat of the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition
on August 27th, 2007; and
WHEAREAS, the preliminary and final plat for the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition
identify the specific plans and uses for the proposed Monticello Business Center 6th Addition;
and
WHEREAS, the final plat of the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition is consistent with the
proposed vacation of drainage and utility easements to be considered for approval by the Council
on June 27, 2011.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the revised final plat of the Monticello Business Center 6th Addition, with
drainage and utility easements as required, is hereby approved contingent upon the following:
• meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance; and
• approval of vacation of drainage and utility easements across Outlot A, Monticello
Business Center 5th Addition
BE IT FUR THER RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELL 0,
MINNESOTA, that the Development Agreement for the Monticello Business Center 6th
Addition, with assignment of the specific terms and conditions for plat development, is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 13th day of June, 2011.
