RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -57
ADOPTING 2011 PERFORMANCE MEASURES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
STATE COUNCIL ON LOCAL RESULTS AND INNOVATION
WHEREAS, in 2010, the Legislature created the Council on Local Results and Innovation
(CLRI); and
WHEREAS, in February 2011, the CLRI released a standard set of t6 perforriifo 'measures for
cities, intended to aid residents, taxpayers, and state and local e�lectsd officials in deteEnining the
