RESOLUTION NO. 2011-72
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
BALBOUL ESTATES STORMWATER PONDS OUTLET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 11CO04
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has received an engineering report from WSB and Associates
recommending outlet improvements for the Balboul Estates stormwater ponds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvements are necessary and feasible as detailed in the report.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted
August 8, 2011.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvements. The
Engineer, with the assistance of WSB and Associates consulting engineers, shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such recommended improvements.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 8th day of August, 2011.
