RESOLUTION NO. 2010-77
APPROVING FINAL PLAT — OTTER CREEK CROSSINGS 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 1, 2004, for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossings; and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossings to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission and
approved the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossings 4th Addition on November 24, 2004;
and
WHEREAS, the final plat of the Otter Creek Crossings 4th Addition is consistent with the
approved preliminary plat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat of the Otter Creek Crossings 4th Addition, with drainage and
utility easements as required, is hereby approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of the
subdivision ordinance.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of August, 2011.
