RESOLUTION NO. 2011-90
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SECOND COMMON -USE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IN THE
BLOCK 35 MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT
CITY PROJECT NO. 100008
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract between the City of Monticello and Fuller Concrete and
Masonry, LLC of Maple Lake, Minnesota, the contractor has satisfactorily completed their work on
the second common -use dumpster enclosure in the Block 35 Municipal Parking Lot in accordance
with the contract;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OFMONTICELL0, MINESOTA that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract subject to
receipt of the following:
1) Final invoice and completed W-9;
2) Lien releases showing subcontractors have been paid;
3) IC 134 forms showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota Statute
290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
