A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR CO- LOCATION OF A WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE
ANTENNA
WHEREAS, RKZ Consulting has requested an Conditional Use Permit for Co- Location of a
Wireless Telecommunication Service Antenna for the property located at 6111 Wildwood
Boulevard; Part of the NE '/ of the NE '/ of Section 24, Twp 121N, R 25W — Spirit Hills Outlet
A, which is located in an R -1 District; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application for Conditional Use Permit
for Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the regulations of the Monticello Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 3rd, 2012 on the
application and the applicant and members of the public were provided the opportunity to present
information to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered all of the comments and the staff report,
which are incorporated by reference into the resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Cornmission of the City of Monticello makes the following Findings
of Fact in relation to the recommendation of approval:
1. The submitted application is in compliance with each of the required regulations of the
Monticello Zoning Ordinance.
2. The proposed modifications to the existing antenna are slight, and therefore there are no
expected visual impacts for surrounding property.
3. No additional traffic or improvements are anticipated resulting from this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota:
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. §462.357, the application for Conditional Use Permit for Co-
Location of a Wireless Telecommimication Service Antenna is hereby recommended to
the City Council for approval.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2012, by the Planning Commission of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota.
