RESOLUTION NO. 2012-014
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES PERMIT TO CONDUCT
LAWFUL GAMBLING AT THE STATION BAR AND GRILL
WHEREAS, Monticello Youth Hockey Program, Inc. has submitted an application to the City
Council of Monticello for a Premises Permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at The Station
Bar and Grill at 407 Pine Street in Monticello, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Monticello Youth Hockey Program, Inc. intends to comply with lawful gambling
rules of the State of Minnesota and City of Monticello; and
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling permit being issued by the State
Gambling Control Board;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the application by
the Monticello Youth Hockey Program Inc. for a Premises Permit to conduct lawful gambling
activities at The Station Bar and Grill is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board
is authorized to process the application.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 13`1' day of February, 2012.
