RESOLUTION NO. 2012-067
REQUESTING WRIGHT COUNTY ASSISTANCE IN ESTABLISHING EASEMENTS
FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES ON THE FOLLOWING TAX FORFEIT PARCELS IN
THE CITY OF MONTICELLO:
PID 155 -500- 101402 (Part of Section 10, Unplatted Monticello)
PID 155 - 500 - 101404 (Part of Section 10, Unplatted Monticello)
PID 155 - 500 - 101411 (Part of Section 10, Unplatted Monticello)
WHEREAS, parcels of land in the City of Monticello identified as 155 -500- 101402,155 -500-
101404, and 155 - 500 - 101411, all in Section 10 of Unplatted Monticello, have been forfeited to
the State of Minnesota for non - payment of taxes and are being prepared for public auction under
MN State Statutes Chapter 282; and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has an interest in acquiring street and utility easements lying
within said parcels;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFMONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that assistance from Wright County is hereby requested to establish and record
necessary street and utility easements lying within said parcels, 155- 500 - 101402,155 -500-
101404, and 155 - 500 - 101411, all in Section 10 of Unplatted Monticello.
