ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
STORMWATER POND MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Request for Proposals /Quotes for the making of improvements to two
stormwater ponds in the City of Monticello including removing, replacing and installing storm
sewer aprons, pipes, riprap, structures, and other necessary appurtenant work, quotes were
received, opened, and tabulated, and the following quotes were found to comply with the
Request for Proposals /Quotes:

WHEREAS, the quote of Schluender Construction, Inc. of Monticello, MN in the amount of
$15,676.00 for the total quote for the construction of said improvements, in accordance with the
Request for Proposals /Quotes, is the lowest responsible quote and shall be and hereby is
accepted, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO:
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Schluender Construction, Inc. for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf
of the City of Monticello.
