RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -103
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR MUNICIPAL CONSENT FOR S.P. 8605 -50,
EXTENSION OF 4 -LANE SECTION OF TH 25 TO 85TH STREET /CR 106
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for the extension of
the four-lane section of Trunk Highway 25 and the installation of a traffic signal at the junction
of Trunk Highway 25 & Wright County Road 106/85th Street within the City of Monticello and
seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the Minnesota Department of Transportation office,
Saint Cloud, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as Layout No. 1, S.P. 8605 -50
from RP 65.930 to 66.970; and
WHEREAS, improvements to local roads and appurtenances have been included in said final
layout.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 14`h
day of January, 2013 in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 26th day of November, 2012.
