AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PHASE 2 OF WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY BIOSOLIDS DEWATERING,
ENERGY EFFICIENCY, HEADWORKS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #2012 -079 adopted by the City Council on
