RESOLUTION NO. 2013-001
PROVIDING FOR MUNICIPAL CONSENT FOR S.P. 8605 -50,
EXTENSION OF 4 -LANE SECTION OF TH 25 TO 85TH STREET / CR 106
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for State Project
No. 8605 -50, the extension of the four -lane section of Trunk Highway 25 and the installation of a
traffic signal at the intersection of Trunk Highway 25 & 85th Street / Wright County Road 106
within the City of Monticello and seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the Minnesota Department of Transportation office,
Saint Cloud, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as Layout No. 1, S.P. 8605 -50
from RP 65.930 to 66.970; and
WHEREAS, improvements to local roads and appurtenances have been included in said final
layout.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that said final layout for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within the
corporate limits is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BYthe Monticello City Council this 28th day of January, 2013.
