RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -037
RESTRICTING PARKING ON ONE SIDE OF WEST 7`h STREET
BETWEEN ELM STREET AND MINNESOTA STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has planned improvements to West 7th Street, State Aid
Route No. 222 - 101 -020, between Elm Street and Minnesota Street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has ordered the project for the West 71h Street Extension
Street, Utility and Appurtenant Improvements, City Project No. 12C002; and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello will be expending Municipal State Aid System funds on
improvements to 7th Street including the construction of West 7th Street to widths of 44 feet.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello shall prohibit the
parking of motor vehicles on the south side of West 7th Street from Elm Street to Minnesota
Street.
