RESOLUTION NO. 2013-042
APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR GREAT RIVER ADDITION
AND ESTABLISHING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 21, 2013, for the
consideration of the preliminary and final plats of the Great River Addition; and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary and final plats of the Great River Addition to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the final plats of the Great River Addition shows the proposed drainage and utility
easements thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the preliminary and final plats of the Great River Addition, with drainage
and utility easements as required, is hereby approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of
the subdivision ordinance.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 28th day of May, 2013.
