ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
2013 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 12CO02 LLIGHT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Request for Proposals for the 2013 Street Lighting Improvements
project, proposals for designing, constructing and maintaining said improvements in conjunction
with the West 7t' Street Extension project were received and the following bids were found to
comply with the Request for Proposals:

$90,400.00
$119.75 /month
WHEREAS, the bid of Wright - Hennepin Services of Rockford, MN in the amount of $90,400
for the design and construction of said 2013 Street Lighting Improvements, in accordance with
the Request for Proposal, shall be and hereby is accepted; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Wright - Hennepin Services of Rockford, MN in the amount of $119.75
per month for the maintenance of said 2013 Street Lighting Improvements, in accordance with
the Request for Proposal, shall be and hereby is accepted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO:
1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for the design, construction and maintenance of said
improvements, for and on behalf of the City of Monticello.
