RESOLUTION NO. 2014-056
APPROVING A FINAL STAGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ADJUSTMENT
FOR SWAN RIVER AND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
SWAN RIVER CHARTER SCHOOL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has adopted a zoning ordinance providing for the
regulation of planned unit development; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an adjustment to planned unit development to allow for
removal of the proposed street parking bump -out for Maple Street and corresponding
loading /parking signage, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Monticello finds that the adjustment to PUD is
consistent with the City's goals for planned unit development goals for the Swan River
Charter School;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota hereby approves the adjustment to Planned Unit Development for
Swan River Charter School, subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicants provide a revised site plan illustrating removal of the curb bump -outs
along Maple Street and corresponding signage.
2. All other previously assigned and approved conditions for the Swan River Charter School
shall apply.
3. The applicant enter into a development contract for the planned unit development, which
shall reflect the approved PUD Adjustment.
