APPROVING RELEASE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, 90th STREET THIRD ADDITION
TO WRIGHT COUNTY FOR PUBLIC SALE /AUCTION
PID 155 -185- 001010
WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1 of 90th Street Third Addition located in the City of Monticello and
identified as PID 155- 185- 001010 has been forfeited to the State of Minnesota for non - payment
of taxes and is eligible for public auction under MN State Statutes, Chapter 282; and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has reviewed this parcel and determined that an authorized
public use as identified in the State of Minnesota Rules for Delinquent Real Property Taxes
cannot be established at this time;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that the following tax forfeit parcel is hereby released from hold for public
auction/sale:
Lot 1, Block 1, 90th Street Third Addition.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 28th day of July, 2014.
